(:19) AMONG THE MANY EVENTS DRAWING CROWDS AT THIS YEAR'S OUTDOOR EXPO IS THE REGIONAL EDITION OF THE PA PREFERRED BEST CHEF OF PENNSYLVANIA COMPETITION. EIGHT LOCAL CHEFS ARE GOING HEAD TO HEAD THROUGH WEDNESDAY, AND THE WINNER GOES ON TO THE STATE FINALS IN JANUARY. JUDGE WILLIAM GARLICK SAYS, IN THE HEAT OF COMPETITION, THE CHEFS OFTEN FALL BACK ON THEIR SPECIALTIES:
