PENN STATE FOOD SCIENTIST STEVE KNABEL SAYS ALTHOUGH HEAT FROM ROASTING NORMALLY WOULD KILL PATHOGENS, PROPER PLANT SANITATION ALSO IS CRUCIAL IN AVOIDING PRODUCT CONTAMINATION :Knabel Actuality:
