It sounds like a scene from a fourth grader's nightmare: spending a balmy July evening in an empty classroom, in an empty school building, long after school has ended for the summer. But as the nine members of the Mifflin County School District Tax Advisory Committee trudge up the stone steps, they're in surprisingly good spirits for people about to lose several hours of perfectly good sunshine.
