ORGANIC AGRICULTURE IS BURGEONING IN THE UNITED STATES, as consumer interest continues to gather momentum and new organic production and marketing systems evolve. Perhaps no where does that trend portend good fortune so much as in Pennsylvania, with its diversified agricultural production, many small farms, and proximity to the huge population centers of the Northeast.
